Shipping & Returns


  • You are responsible to provide a secure, attended delivery address, which is not a PO Box.
  • Deliveries are only for within Australia.
  • We reserve the right to determine if a delivery to a location is safe, practical, and accessible or have potential transport issues and/or risks. In the event that we determine that we are unable to supply your order, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided.
  • For standard items including Furnishings, Decor, Fashion, Accessories, orders below the value of $50 will incur a delivery fee of $10.00. Orders $50 and over will be free of delivery charge. (Note: additional delivery charges may be applicable to deliveries outside metropolitan areas and for Furniture and Bulky item deliveries – this will be determined by the delivery location, access to and within your property)
  • Deliveries will occur, usually, within 5-15 days after accepting your order. However, delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • Purchases of multiple products may be delivered separately depending on products warehouse and store location. This will not affect your delivery charges, if applicable.



If you require to return an item purchased, then you need to contact Online Store Enquiries first via email to arrange the products return. Returns without notification will not be accepted.

  • All returns for damaged Products must include the product securely packaged, proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • Returns for change of mind Products must be packaged securely, free of damage, in its original carton with labels and unopened. Proof of purchase is also required. 
  • Products requiring assembly cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • For hygiene reasons – clothing, mattresses, pillows, eiderdowns, duvets, earrings, and swimwear cannot be returned once the protective seal is removed or opened, unless the item is faulty or does not match the description at the time of purchase.
  • Online orders will not be accepted for refund or exchange in store.
  • ONLY an order purchased online can be returned for a refund. Please note in store purchases are not included in this policy.

Ensure you include the despatch note and package the item in the original tag and package – unopened. For damaged or incorrect goods, please ensure the Products are packaged properly and securely so that they are not lost in transit


We cannot provide a refund, credit or exchange for sale items, so please choose carefully. All sale items purchased in store are final and no refunds, credits or exchanges will be allowed for change of mind.


Upon delivery, you are responsible for checking Products carefully. Any visible defects must be reported to Online Store Enquiries at immediately. We will not accept liability for visible defects not reported within 3 days.

If you believe that any product is of an unsatisfactory quality, please contact immediately and treat the Product with utmost care while your claim is being investigated.
